Jeff Bezos kept everyone talking with this transaction, which made Beverly Hills’ historic Jack Warner Estate the most expensive home ever sold in California. On the seller side was David Geffen, who had owned the palatial property for over 30 years.
Jeff Hyland, Rick Hilton, Jesse Lally and Zach Goldsmith, all of Hilton & Hyland, held the listing on Enchanted Hill.
